Leaky Spitfire

I own a 1980 Spitfire 1500 that I use as my daily driver.  Whenever it
rains hard, water literally pours from under the dash on to my accelerator
foot.  I've looked, but can't seem to find where the water comes in.

Is this a common problem?  Does anyone know where the leak might be?  Any
help would be appreciated.

Of course the top also leaks around the windows, but I assume there's not
much I can do about that.
