You don't actually have to synchronize the throttles on a dual engine car - 
road speed keeps the engines running at the right rpm for each wheel size 
and gear combination, and the throttles just have to be close.  If 
drastically out, one would kind of push the other, but if at all close, 
each just contributes HP to the extent that it is able.
