seek out your local dirt track guys and ask who still owns a machine.
somewhere in their ranks will be some creative individual who is doing
creative tire stagger al-la-shave. you might ask if any stock car types
are near you too.
as for technical advise on shaving you might try calling tire rack and pick
their brain a bit as to the pro's and cons of shaving after the tire has
been heat cycled.
i really do not have an answer to the question but that is the direction i'd
be looking if i were seeking this information.
