Who comes up with these rules?

Gee, 24 sq in is only 12 inches long by 2 inches high.  My simple Goodyear
stickers at 17 inches by 3.5 inches each exceeds the total allowed.  I guess
it is a good thing these guys on this web site don't show up with their
cars.  They have far too much advertising.  I guess they missed out on those
rules.

One thing really nice about this site that Nick England has up is that it
cuts all the garbage about "how it was in the old days" because it is
photo-proof of just how it was done.
