Nota bene: Mr. Warth's merchandise is generally excellent, but his markups
range from somewhat outrageous to extremely outrageous. His pricing
methodology seems to involve multiplying "book value" by a factor of about
three.
Try a search on www.abebooks.com and/or www.bibliofind.com. You may find
that Warth is the only option, but you may not...
