It has been a few years since I raced at Summit, but it always appeared
that the location for the track was picked just because Jeff Foxworthy's
relatives lived around there. I did not think you could come up with 3
people in the state of w. V. that could read and write enough to draft a
letter, much less mail it. As for the clean air, all those junk cars
jacked up in the yard do have a peculiar odor we would not want to
overpower.
