Subject: Know your opposition (Summit Point Hearing)

It really ticks me off when people move into an area where a track has been
for a long time and then start complaining. Was there no other place they
could find to live? Happens even with farms, garages, whatever. Of course
sometimes they are misinformed or don't check it out. At Lime Rock, it's
said that one real estate agent once sold some newcomers a house near the
track and told them it was only used four times a year!
Yves, especially burns me up.
