DeTomaso Formula Cars

Does anyone know of any DeTomaso formula cars in the US?  An aquaintance of
mine raced a Formula B version of this chassis with an Alfa 1600 GTA engine
in the early 60's when he lived in Houston.  He recalls selling it to an
individual in Mississippi, in 1967.  At the time he raced it, there were
four such cars in the US, and three were in Texas.  One was set up as a
Formula A car.  I am curious about where his car may be now.  Dave Anderson,
