I wish it were that easy!  All the VR organizations in the Southeast
have declared the BFG G-Force series of tire to be a racing slick,
making it illegal for SCCA and SVRA and putting me way out of my class
in HSR.  I just had to buy some Yokohamas because they're the only ones
still making a 205/60x15 that will fit under the stock 911 fenders!

Good luck - let me know the eventual outcome.  If it doesn't support the
"slick" category claims, maybe it can support a reclassification.
