SVRA groups

I've tried calling SVRA and no one's available.  I tried calling Carl
Jensen, and he's not available.  Does anyone know what in the heck groups
10x, 10+, and 10- are?  They're listed on the Mid Ohio schedule, and we
(group 7) run with one of them, group 10+ I think.  Who are these guys, and
does the +,-, and x respectively refer to the fast, the slow, and the
obscene? 

Just curious.
