Lime Rock/Watkins Glen In Car video

I'm shipping the new(for me) Lotus 20 to the ECoast for the Dodge LR race
and the WG Chrysler event in September.  Does anyone know where I might
locate in car videos of either track for familiarization prior to showing up
and strapping in........I can get the NASCAR video game with WG on it so
that may be an option.  Any thoughts on LR?  Haven't driven there in 25
years.........Are there any club driver guides to these tracks..or do I have
to do it the old fashioned way?
