Since 1997 is the 30th anniversary of the first Ford/Shelby LeMans win, and since 1999 will be the 30th anniversary of the last Ford LeMans win by the Gulf/Wyer cars, perhaps it will be Blue and Orange year at Monterey. Only cars with interesting histories when painted in the appropriate colors will be invited! I'm getting out the primer and sandpaper now... Harold Pace |
