I am running my Lola T540 FF for the first time next week end.
I have been going over the specs for the tec inspection to make sure I would
have everything in order for the race. Bingo, one jumped up and bit me today!
I noticed in the rules that it says a car must have a firewall between the
driver and the fuel.
My car originaly did not have a fire wall and uses a fuel cell. Am I
required to add a firewall if the car did not have one when new?
If so, what is the minimum spec. firewall I can manufactuer in my garage in
just a few days? Can I use aluminum and if so, how thin. Can it be pop
riveted into place?
