 obviously you won't get the drum that is locked up off because it is, well=
, locked up.=C2=A0 The one that rotates freely doesn't need to come off.=C2=

Try backing off the adjuster on the side that is locked up.=C2=A0 if you ca=
n back off the adjuster it may release the drum and you can then, maybe, pu=
ll it off.=C2=A0=20

ck wheels off. Now I=E2=80=99m looking at the backbrakes. The driver=E2=80=
=99s side drum islocked up; the passenger side I can rotate. I can=E2=80=99=
t get either drumoff, despite banging on them with a rubber mallet. (I=E2=
