Thanks everyone for your help.

What fuse would I check?  I am not sure how the fuses work on this car.
There are two mounted vertically (one end sticking into the car) and two
mounted horizontally.  Do the ones mounted vertically do something?  All my
fuses seem good and the horn, rear running lights, windshield wiper, heater
blower, radio, starter, and dash lights all work.  I haven't tried anything
on the front clip as it is not attached.

a bad connection at the fuse box will cause this,too.
That's an easy check.
