That's an easy one. Bob!

Because Joe says, that his first car WAS a TR3. This does not mean that the
car still belongs to him. Bob clearly states that he has a TR3 right now. So
the possibility of having 2 TR3s is on his side! Right?

Oops - got it wronh - sorry.  Bob actually says "at least one of my cars is
a TR3"
