I'm not sure where it goes, but the seat belt warning light does not
illuminate when it's not connected. I looked at the seat belt module,
and it does not appear there. John Mitchell

On my 76, the black/blue goes to C2 on the starter relay along with a
black ground wire. It's not shown on Dan Masters schematic. John
