One caveat using this method:  Bring that cylinder piston to TDC, lock 
the crankshaft in position (a breaker bar, socket and clamp works for 
this), THEN pressurize that cylinder.  Keep pressure on that cylinder.  
In the event you get a bit feisty with the valve keeper, break the 
pressure on the valve and drop the valve, it won't drop into the depths 
of the cylinder - the piston will keep it up enough to retrieve it.
