Last fall I bought a rear passenger door for my son's Focus.  I found
the correct color and electronics in Fla. via the internet.  I am in
Ca.  the guy shipped it on a pallet sandwiched between foam seat
cushions out of other cars and then strapped with plastic strapping. 
You can find pallets cheap, I don't know about the seat cushions.
