I do agree with your idea of using judgement about how much time you spend 
restoring something vs. cost of replacement..........unless you're having one 
Heck of a good time!!!.......<g>..........   But then us old geezers from the 
Depression find that very difficult to learn........we want to save and fix 
everything!!!!!!   There is such a joy to it..........saving 
money...........(while you're throwing it away unnoticed on the other 
side,,,,,,,,,)
