Lou - What does this baffle look like?  I also had problems with leaking at 
the cover of my master cylinder.  There does not appear to be any baffle.  I 
just assumed that the cover was warped, or that the gasket was failing due 
to age.  I also purchased a "NOS" master cylinder, hoping to solve the 
problem when I put my "2" back together, and it also does not have a baffle, 
although the gasket on the NOS master cyliinder does extend under most of 
the cover, excluding only an opening under the filler cap.  Is this what you 
are referring to as a baffle?
