NYPD slams Triumphs

Watching my favorite tv show last night, NYPD Blue, I heard a reference to 
Triumphs.  For those of you who know the characters, Medavoy was making the 
point that he didn't trust something that had been told him by an informant.  
He said something like, "He's about as reliable as my Triumph."

I'm guessing someone connected with the show is a Triumph guy (or gal).
