I would have to agree with your LBC list. That is the general trend I
notice as well driving either the '3a or the spitfire

Older MGB's and A's wave
Spits wave
Most big Healys wave
All small Healys wave
Jags never wave
Old Rovers are too high up to see me so they never wave
Miatas and all other newer convertibles never wave
Most TR3's wave
