Hmmm, I had no idea these were so unusual, but I can't seem to find a photo
on the 'net.  I bought mine at the local auto supply (Clark's Discount Auto
in Bellflower, CA).  The name is "HELP! Universal Brake Silencer Shim", P/N
13099.  ISTR it was about $5 for a set of 4.
