You're right, Larry.  And if you have internal problems with the FASD this
will not be of any help.  The one and only FASD I have delt with had an
internal leak and would not shut off the air - although it did cut off the
flow of fuel resulting in an over-lean condition.  The car's owner passed
the emissions test by fitting a rubber stopper in the inlet.

But that is the extent of my experience with the device.  If you find out
any more post the result here.  I would love to know.
