But what ever you do, Make sure that the light you use for heat is the
RIGHT type.

Let me explain:

A few years ago, I had a '36 Dodge that I think was equipped with Lucas
wiring. One evening I was working on it under the dash and it got so
dark that I could no longer see. So I went in the house and started
looking around for some sort of lamp to put in the floorboard so I could
finish the job.

I found what looked like a great one. It even had a clip to hook it
onto the arm rest and a swivel that allowed me to aim it.

Working for another couple of hours, I finished the job and put
everything away then went to bed. About 2 am I woke up with a terrible
pain in my right eye. So I got up and went to the bathroom to
investigate. When I looked in the mirror, I saw that not only was my
right eye red and burning but the entire right side of my face was
sunburned from the "Sun Lamp" that was so very functional the previous
evening.

So what ever you do make sure that you don't use a sun lamp. Or if you
do, use it sparingly!

Cheers,
Joe
