Hey guys,
I was talking to a coworker about some vintage race cars that Ive seen lifting
their inside wheels quite dramatically in certain situations.
In particular the ones that come to mind are some Morgans coming round the bend
before the paddock entrance at Summit Point that hold their right front tire up
off the pavement for a long wave to the spectators.
The other are the swing axle Spitfires that look as if they are going to fold
an inside rear wheel under the car through some tight turns.
(David Hobbs at LeMans maybe?)
Does anyone have some pictures of tires lifted off the pavement that they could
share (or point me to on the web?)
