Dear Triumph Folks,
Just saw my first new Nissan Z car cruising around Venice Beach. I have to
admit it is pretty cool and a bit retro EXCEPT it doesn't look like an
updated early Z-car, IT LOOKS MORE LIKE A RETRO TRIUMPH GT6!!!! From many
angles, it really does.
It also is funny that as the years have gone by, the 240Z looks like an old
inexpensive sport coupe (kind of like post 1970 Cameros and Firebirds - as
they say on Seinfeld "not that there's anything wrong with that!") and the
GT6, especially the earlier models, and the (gag) MGB GTs are starting to
look like proper British classic sports cars.
Just some observations.
