I recently acquired various Triumph press photos in an Ebay auction. Thought
they may deserve posting on a website if anyone is interested.
All are 8x10 black and white. Here's a description of each:
1. TR4A press kit photo - dark car with wire wheels and whitewalls on beach
featuring model Randy Hague at the wheel!
2. TR4 press kit photo - Red car with white surrey top and removeable
chrome luggage rack. 3/4 shot of rear only. NY plate # 4D-3485 with a '61
tag.
3. & 4. Motorshow photos of Triumph stand, circa 1963/64. Shows a TR4 and
hardtop Spitfire on a revolving circular stand surrounded by more TR4's,
Heralds and Spitfires.
Similar photos of the very same cars and show are published in Michael
Cook's 'Triumph Cars in America'.
I will be happy to scan for anyone who would like them for a website
posting - hope I'm not violating BMW's copyright???
