This is a common problem in areas where there is oxygenated fuel designed
to reduce emissions. And it is not just a Moss problem. I had 2 Stewart
Warner diaphragm style electric fuel pumps fail because of this, the 2nd
pump lasted only 6 months. And while this discussion is going on on this
list, the TRiumph racers list is discussing fuel leaks in their enclosed
trailers from rubber fuel lines failing and filling their trailers with
gas. We need to be paying attention, this is a serious threat.
