If anyone is interested I was speaking to the TR Shop ( ) in London
today, & they have a stock of used rear light lenses, along with
some new ones (depending on which lens you need). I think these parts
are not too hard to find in the UK, although they told me the light
units are getting rare.
Don't expect them to be cheap....During 2000 I bought a complete
light unit for my rebuild, it cost me almost as much as I got for my
Nissan daily driver when I sold it a few months later! Somehow I
thought that totally reliable 14 year old non-classic should have
been more valuable than a TR6 lamp.
Incidentally, the UK spec lamp units have a hole for the side marker
lights, just no bulb holder and amber lenses - in fact the new unit I
bought was supplied with a bulb holder.
