spark ? hook up nice timing light to #1 plug wire, crank engine with key on.
do you see flashing ? do for each wire.
timing ? crank engine till timing mark is on tdc, make sure #1 piston at top,
rotor in dist is pointing at #1 plug wire. you can use static light (simple
bulb) or voltmeter and turn dist until light just comes on (or just get 12v).
fuel ? spray some starter spray into carbs or squirt some gas into carbs.
also can check float bowls by unscrewing and just seeing if gas leaks out side
of bowl when tilted.
firing order ? all the plug wires on correct position ? you are not offset
one hole in dist cap ?
choke ?
valve clearances ?
