Dave :

SAE Grade 8 fasteners have a minimum tensile strength of 150,000 psi, which
would appear to exceed your spec. Grade 8 (and better) fasteners are
readily available in the US, literally at almost any hardware store.

One such is McMaster-Carr, you can order on-line from them at
http://www.mcmaster.com/

Or, contact their eastern office at :

P.O. Box 440
New Brunswick, NJ 08903-0440

Sales Desk and Customer Service: (732) 329-3200
Fax: (732) 329-3772
Ventas y Servicio (Espaqol): (732) 329-6212
Ventes et Service (Frangais): (732) 329-0004
TTY for Hearing Impaired: (630) 834-8844
Other Departments: (732) 329-6666

Their part number 91257A700 and 91257A660 would seem to meet your
specifications.

NFI, just a satisfied customer.
