Replaced mine this past winter. Screw the old out, and the new in, didn't 
encounter any difficulty, nor any "squirt". I was rebuilding the front right 
caliper at the time, and I don't recall whether I had the lines open or not 
at the time of the replacement. Never found any instruction either.
