My TR3 speedo seems to have trouble holding its adjustment. I can
calibrate it okay by immobilizing the drag cup and moving the needle,
but after a few weeks the indicated speed increases -- i.e. the needle
slips a bit on the shaft.
I'd like to be able to work on the unit in the future so JB Weld is
probably not the answer (although I expect it would work). Any other
ideas or experiences?
