You should have moved to Minnesota.  When I brought the TR4 here from Texas,
I walked to the state DOT on my lunch hour and transferred the car off the
Texas title.  They never saw the car.  The whole thing, including getting
non-expiring vanity plates (TR44SUE) took five minutes.
