I also built my ramps out of 2 x 10's. The ramp part is attached to a 2 x
10 of variable length by means of door hinges with removable pins. I use
10" concrete blocks under the long 2 x 10's. This way I can back the rear
wheels onto the ramp with 3' 2 x 10's and then remove the ramps if I need to
get under the center/rear of the car. The front is most easi;y rasied with
a floor jack and then put onto jack stands. You could also use looong 2 x
10's with a lot of concrete blocks is you wanted to raise the whole car on
the ramps. Don't forget wheel chocks. I made some out of wood scraps, cut
the raduis to match tires, and then fastened rubber, such as inner tube
scraps, to the bottom surface so they grip.

I would like to able to put my 75 TR6 up on all four wheels at once and I
don't particularly want to use jack stands. I thought that your basic
$30.00/pair Rhino ramps at Auto Zone would work but the manufacturer's
warnings on them specifically say "do not use to put both ends of vehicle up
at the same time". Anybody have experience with this? What have you used?
I'm looking for a safe way to do this and I don't want to do anything
stupid. Any suggestions appreciated.
