Neat! Good for "ballpark" information; unfortunately, it doesn't take into 
account the variance in size amongst different brands of tire in a given size 
or even within a given brand's various lines of tires. IF you really want to 
keep changes in rolling circumference to a minimum, it's still best to get 
the spec's for the specific tires. Tire Rack is great about this <
www.tirerack.com> as is Coker Tire <www.coker.com>, where I found the spec's 
on the 185R15 Michelin Redline. Most tire manufacturers' web sites also 
provide this information.
