Here's a "thread" question for all of you and, perhaps, a stumper for
Randall:
What is the thread size on the TR3's vacuum advance unit? That's the long,
threaded extension onto which the knurled nut attaches, not the one for the
vacuum line.
I just got a brand new one from Moss and the knurled nut doesn't fit.
Otherwise, it's a beautiful Lucas unit, identical to the original. Even has
the threaded vacuum extension for the original female fitting on the vacuum
line.
