Ken, as with almost any other "modern" Triumph with roll-up windows, the 
handle is held on with a simple pin. Push on the "escutcheon" to compress 
the spring, then look for small holes at 90 degrees around the end of the 
handle. In one of those holes you'll see the pin; push it out and the 
handle comes off!
