roll up windows handle removal

While scrounging some parts off the spare Model ten today, I wanted to pull
the side panels and ran into difficultly removing the wind up window and
door latch handles.  There appears to be a spring that needs to be
compressed but beyond that, I'm lost.  I presume there is some sort of clip
holding the handles on, but could not see anything in particular.
Suggestions appreciated.
