I am not so sore that the answer is so simple.  The effective length of the
valve stem changes the angle of the rocker.  This has a subtle effect on
valve timing and how far it opens.  There was a thread on this in January,
and it was thought that even when the head is milled 30 thou, the push
rods ought to be shortened to restor the proper geometry of the rocker.  I'd
think that it is even more important to correct the rocker geometry here when
the length change is 62.5 thou!  I'd say don't do the push rods, but
fix the valves with either shorter stems or fixed seats.
