  FWIW, I believe that items catagorized as 
  *antique auto parts* and  *used auto parts* 
  are allowed entry into the United States 
  duty free. So....logically one might declare 
  the above on your custom invoice if you are 
  buying parts for an antique auto (our LBCs) 
  or used auto parts......If someone has better 
  info, please respond.
