I recently had a similar problem, albeit it was re plumbing. Couldn't find a
thin enough one anywhere. What I ended up doing was selecting one with an ID
(and OD) considerably smaller than what I needed, and then stretching it like
mad to install it. The stretching reduced the thickness just the right amount
so that once installed, I had (pretty close to) what I needed.
I was probably lucky to find a close size where this worked, but the
experiement was certainly inexpensive.
