The real $100,000 question for me is what 5spd is used in this car? Was the 
Rover 5spd being produced yet? Circa 1969 I guess... The only common 5 speeds I 
can think of from that period are Italian...

There's a "rainbow" painted racing Vitesse in the Mike Cook book on the 
Spitfire and GT6 is this the one?
