Rocker panel fit up question

Joe, thanks for the plain text tip.

I recently purchased replacement rocker panels from MOSS for my 1960 TR3A.
The distance from the rear door post to the rear dog leg was about 1/2" too
long.  I checked with VB and TRF, and they were the same.  Does anyone have
experience modifying the rockers?  Is there another source that would
actually make one that fits?  Any help would be appreciated.
