My friend who sold her 1979 Spit to a Canadian also has an original factory hardtop, in excellent shape with all hardware for sale. It's russet brown and she's wondering what it's worth. If anyone has an idea of its value or is interested in making an offer let me know and I'll forward it on to her. Would someone who's also on the Spit list post this message there also.
