John,
The rear toe in is changed by placing shims in front of the mount for the
trailing arms, or removing them, as the case may be.  This is best done by a
professional with the proper alignment equipment.  But if you need to get it
close until it can be done properly, you will need to obtain an assortment
of different thickness' of shims and start measuring the distance between
the front of the rear tires and the rear of the rear tires.
You will need to add/remove shims until these measure almost identically.
This will only get you close and not really recommended as a permanent
repair.
