Hello Ronald,

Most likely a stuck thermostat or frozen coolant.  Get the car in to thaw out,
check the coolant with an antifreeze  hygrometer for specific gravity or freeze
point, test your thermostat with a pot of water and candy thermometer to see it
it opens and closes properly.  If the coolant is frozen, check your freeze plugs
before driving anywhere.
