Greetings All,
I had some PAL videos "transferred to NTSC VHS format. Quality was marginal at
best, with an annoying darkening/lightening that continues throughout the length
of the video. The original Videos were the first generation short play from the
manufacturer, making the copies 2nd generation onto short play, and the picture
quality was very grainy. But, the copies were for the techincal information,
not the close up snatch shots, and cost $15.00 for a 30 minute tape transfer.
